Tourism in Cracow

According to statistics, in 2012 Kraków was visited by 7.3 million tourists including 2.1 million foreign travelers (over 30% of their grand total).175176 The visitors spent over 2.5 billion złoty in the city (without travel costs and pre-booked accommodations). Most foreign tourists came from Great Britain (over 25%), with German, French, Spanish, Italian and American visitors closely following.

The Kraków tour-guide from the Lesser Poland Visitors Bureau indicated that not all statistics are recorded due to considerable number of those who come, staying in readily available private rooms paid by cash, especially from Eastern Europe.175 The main reasons for visiting the city are: its historical monuments, recreation as well as relatives and friends (placing third in the ranking), religion and business.

There are 120 quality hotels in Kraków (usually about half full) offering 15,485 overnight accommodations.177 The average stay last for about 4 to 7 nights.

The survey conducted among the travelers showed that they enjoyed the city's friendliness most, with 90% of Polish tourists and 87% foreigners stating that they would personally recommend visiting it.175 Źródło: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krak%C3%B3w#Tourism

Welcome in Masuria

Masuria and the Masurian Lake District are known in Polish as Kraina Tysiąca Jezior and in German as Land der Tausend Seen, meaning "land of a thousand lakes." These lakes were ground out of the land by glaciers during the Pleistocene ice age around 14,000 - 15,000 years ago, when ice covered northeastern Europe.

From that period originates the horn of a reindeer found in the vicinity of Giżycko.96 By 10,000 BC this ice started to melt.

Great geological changes took place and even in the last 500 years the maps showing the lagoons and peninsulas on the Baltic Sea have greatly altered in appearance.
More than in other parts of northern Poland, such as from Pomerania (from the River Oder to the River Vistula), this continuous stretch of lakes is popular among tourists.
The terrain is rather hilly, with connecting lakes, rivers and streams.

Forests account for about 30% of the area.9798 The northern part of Masuria is covered mostly by the broadleaved forest, while the southern part is dominated by pine and mixed forestsŹródło: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masuria#Landscape

In what places in the Tatras is worth a visit?

trips to poland Tatra is one of the most beautiful Polish regions. No wonder that every year come to the area a lot of tourists.

Holiday in the Tatras is not only a way to relax in nature, but also an opportunity for increased physical activity, which is certainly a good way to spend time, especially for active people.

Where to go in the Tatras? Certainly one of the most popular trails is the trail leading to Morskie Oko, or pond located between the highest elevations on the Polish side of the Tatras.

If you allow us to do this condition should climb also Kasprowy and Giewont and also see Chochołowska Valley and Koscieliska..
